1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect

When you place an order, Stripe collects your name, email address, delivery address, and payment details on our behalf to process the transaction. We receive your name, email address, and delivery address so we can fulfill and follow up on your order; we never see or store your payment card details.

3. Why we use it

This information is used only to process your order, arrange delivery, and answer any question you send us, on the legal basis of performing our contract with you (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR).

4. Who we share it with

We share the information necessary to complete your order with Stripe (payment processing) and our shipping carrier. Stripe may process data outside the European Union, under safeguards recognized by the GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

10 years for invoicing/accounting data, because that duration isn't a choice, it's set by Article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code.

3 years from the last purchase or contact for everything else (order correspondence, etc.), which is a common, defensible default matching the usual "3 years of inactivity" benchmark used in French data-retention practice, and comfortably covers your 2-year legal conformity guarantee window.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
